I have some new layouts to share using kits from Sweet Shoppe Designs.

I used Party Animal by Dani Mogstad for the layout above. I love the fun elements in this kit. I also love the pictures I picked. These were taken last year for my little girl’s second party (we had a cupcake princess theme). I hope I get lots of pretty pictures this year too, I can’t believe my baby turns three in a few weeks.

I used Chasing Rainbows by Zoe Pearn for the layout above as well as a template from Janet Phillips’ grab bag. Love how this turned out too.

This is a new kit by Camila Designs called Colorful Happiness which was released yesterday at After Five Designs. How fun and happy this kit is. I knew I had to use it right away. There’s a fun mix of elements in this kit, I especially like the paint splats, the ribbons and the epoxy/acrylic elements. There’s also shadowed versions of most elements for those who wants to scrap in a jiffy. Here’s the layout I made using the kit….

This is a new kit by Kristen Rice of After Five Designs. When I saw this kit I knew I have the perfect photo for it. I took my daughter for her first real haircut at the salon last week and I have a recent picture of her that is just so adorable not to be scrapped right away. And so I did and I used this lovely kit above. Here’s the layout I made….

I just think the photo is so cute. At first I thought her haircut was a tad too short but after a week it looks perfect for her. I’m quite pleased with how this layout turned out.

Some new layouts I want to share…

I don’t normally scrap objects but I took this photo myself and I was proud of it so I made this layouts. It is also about my husband and his hobby so it is scrap worthy. I used Holly’s new Portland kit for this layout. This kit is great, I especially love the metal elements. I don’t scrap masculine layouts often but this kit made it so easy. The title fits the layout and theme I was going for, yes I don’t always understand his hobbies and I could say the same for him. He likes cars and I like making layouts, very different but both make us happy. Good thing we don’t need an auto insurance with the cars he like to built from scratch.

I love love love Kay Miller’s new kit, Apple Snapple. It is bright and happy and full of apples it makes me happy and bright too (lol). Here it is…

See what I mean when I say bright and happy? Oh I made a quickpage set using this kit too. If you’re in a hurry to have scrapbook layouts then quickpages are good for you. Just slide the photos in the pages and you’re done, that’s it five layouts for your album. Here’s the quickpages…

I told you I love the kit right so of course I already made a layout using it. It was really fun to use and I was done with my layout in no time.

Here’s the layout I finished yesterday using Tracy Ann’s latest kit called Trek (available at Tracy Ann Digital Art). This photo was taken last year at the birdpark. Just look at how little my princess, time sure did fly becasue she’s my active toddler now.
