We have a few parties to go to this month not to mention my little girl’s birthday party. When there’s a party there’s going to be lots of good food. Too good to resist even if it means lots of calories which can later lead to extra pounds (lol). I don’t think even appetite suppressants could work when you see all the food on the table, and I’m not even talking about desserts here (that’s a whole new playing field). I say eat and be merry and just burn those calories later.
