Enchanted Play

These are some of the new releases at After Five Designs. The first one is from Bisontine and the second one is from Kristen Rice. I really look forward to the new releases at my favorite digital scrapbooking stores every week. I’m like a kid at a candy store, I can’t choose just one…everything look so great. I have a lot on my to do list this week like getting some free insurance quotes for my mom but after that I’m hoping to scrap a few pages with these kits. Okay I think household chores better come first, after I browse online I will scrap. It’s better to get chores out of the way first.

We’ve been wondering for months what this structure would be when completed. It’s definitely not going to be a new cluster of HDBs seeing it’s quite small and it didn’t look like it’s going to be one of those steel buildings either. I thought it would be community centre which would be nice but last week I finally found out what it will be….a school. It will be a new primary school which will be open next school year. I never thought it would be a school seeing there’s already a school not every far from this structure, well I guess have more options for my little girl in the future would be nice.

These are some of my new layouts. I used kits from After Five Designs for these three layouts. The first one using After Rain by Kristen Rice. The second one using Tangerine Sky by Nikki Beaudreau. The last one using Retro Garden - Mini Kit by Camila Designs.

It was a productive weekend for me. I was able to spend time with my family, scrap a few pages, clean the house, design and scrap some more. I was able to look at term insurance quotes which my dad asked me to do so I don’t have much on my to do list now. I have friends coming over this week and it’s also our anniversary so I’m pretty busy for a couple of days, I’m hoping I could scrap more pages this week too. I would love to work on my friend’s vacation album.

I’m so pleased that I’m able to make these pages for my bestfriend’s vacation album. I’m not good with themed album AT ALL. Guestbooks I can manage but themed albums isn’t my thing. I get bored easily so I end up not finishing the album altogether. Is it hard for me to decide what kits to use, what photos to use, how to place those photos etc. I can’t stick to one kit too, I get BORED. So having these pages is a great accomplishment for me I’m keeping my fingers crossed that I can finish this album.

These are just some of the new kits at Shabby Pickle Designs. The first one is by Kasia Designs and the second one is by Holly Designs, both are great kits if you ask me. You can’t really go wrong with a product from SPD, oh the store is filled with great kits to scrap your photos with. I haven’t bought anything for my scrapbooking for months now, I wonder if there is an appetite suppressant for shopping because I might have taken that (lol). Well I’m shopping more for me, the hubby and the little girl though so I don’t have any budget left for digi items.

The new issue of Simply Sweet Magazine is now available for sale at Sweet Shoppe Design, and it is packed! I’m not sure how much Liporexall there is one box but I can tell you that the new Simply Sweet magazine is filled with tips, ideas and inspiration for scrapping those travel photos. I know I have lots of travel photos to scrap myself, from our honeymoon to my parents vacation here and I’m sure I’m not alone.

This is an awesome call, it doesn’t happen very often too. The Lilypad is such a great store, I love their products especially the Build Your Own Collab pieces that comes the first Friday of the month. I know they will receive tons of applications both for their creative team and designer call. I wonder if there’s a huge responce to Mesothelioma lawyers ads on the newspaper. It’s tough when there’s a lot of great applicants, that’s why I think it always ends up than more than the number of new staff they are looking for gets hired each time. It is hard to turn down great applicants.
