When you’re a digital scrapbooker and you have access to a lot of amazing kits and element packs by great designers you need more hard drives to keep them in your stash.Every week there’s new releases that is so tempting to have and there’s also the weekly sales and specials that you just got to have. I’m so grateful my husband is into computers and he’s willing to hook me up with a hard disk with a huge disk space.
This is one of the layout I did last week. I have been taking a break from scrapping lately but I hope to get back on track again this week. If you haven’t been to After Five Designs yet you’re missing out on a lot of great stuff from amazing designers. This kit is my Amanda Resende and it is totally gorgeous. Be sure to visit the shop on Thursdays for the new releases, you won’t be disappointed.
I really dread going to my OB GYN for the yearly checkups, I wouldn’t go if I have another choice. Of course this is important so I go even if I don’t want to. I believe this is something that every woman should do. I don’t know much about diseases such as Mesothelioma but I like to think that me going for the yearly checkup is beneficial to me. Just to be on the safe side of things.
We’re planning a little family trip before we have baby #2 so we can enjoy being a family of three for the last time. Oh and no I’m not pregnant yet but we plan to do the trip this year. I told my husband that we should look at international travel insurance online and compare quotes as early as now so we can find a good deal. I’m sure we’ll find several insurance quotes on the internet alone and it’s good that we options. Now to decide where to go is another story. My husband and I can’t agree on the destination. It has to be child friendly of course and I’m worried how my little girl will do on a long flight but I’m sure we’ll get through it just fine.

I used Crissy Armstrong’s Crush kit for the layout above. I should do more family layouts, oh that means I have to take more family photos too. The photo was taken at Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia last month.

While I was reading my local scrapbook store’s blog my husband asked me to check out insurance rates online. When we finally have keys to our home we will definitely be getting home insurance. As early as now he wants to know roughly how much we need to fork out each month to add to our monthly expenditure. I know it’s going to cost us much but at least we have definite figures to add to our budget planning.
Can you see my name? Yes I’m there! I really am! I can’t believe it myself. I submitted my application close to the deadline because I kept talking myself out of it. I am convinced that I’m not good enough to be on the team. Well I’m glad I applied because I wouldn’t be on that list if I didn’t. Oh it’s going to be so much fun, I’m so excited!
My birthday is next month and while I can’t ask for a Cartier watch I am hoping that my husband would buy me a new computer monitor. No there’s nothing wrong with my current lcd monitor. It still works fine though it is now about 5 years old. I just want a bigger one and in black. My current one is 17″ and I want at least a 19″ sleek black monitor to match my keyboard and mouse. I don’t feel guilty because monitors are quite cheap now and there’s also an IT show next month, just a few days before my birthday and that’s a plus.
I don’t know where to look for affordable home theatre seating but since we love watching movies and going on movie dates is not something we can do very often because of our little little we’ve decided to just make watching movies at home a bit better. Our TV is big enough I think so we just need to invest on other things like comfy cushions and a great home theatre system so we could feel like we’re in a real movie theatre (lol). Oh of course I have to stock up on nachos and popcorn too, it’s goint to be fun!
