Oh I love Janet’s templates and I’m so happy to be on her Creative Team. She’s having a sale this weekend and here’s your chances to stock up on her templates at huge discounts. I love her latest templates and I’ve used them already. My favorite is “The Album” template set. It is so versatile and I’ll be using it for my December Daily album. It feels great to find such great deals online, I can’t say the same for Wilmington NC real estate because I know nothing about it but ask me about templates and we’ll talk.

These are just some of the pages I did using Janet’s templates. Scrapping is so much easier with templates, it doesn’t take away the fun.

I’M SO EXCITED! I’ll be working with Gina Miller’s awesome goodies to make Quickpages and Hyrbrid Projects, yes ME! Knowing it’s for GMD I know there’s a lot of applicants and I am beyong thrilled that I was chosen. Look out for my projects at Gina Miller Designs, I’m about to start working on my first album (oh the pressure). I’m so happy to be working with Teresa too, she’s a fellow Sugarbabe at SSD and before that I used to create pages for her when she was designing templates.

Sharing two of my latest layouts….

I used Dani Mogstad’s Sweet Cupcake kit for the layout above. This kit really lives up to its name, and so perfect for this photo of my little girl and her birthday cupcakes.

I used Whoa! by Robin Carlton for this layout.I love the fun and bright colors of this kit. There’s so many great new releases at SSD last Saturday, if you haven’t seen them yet make sure you stop by at the store. The two kits I mentioned here are just some of the new releases.

All board books are 25% off until Wednesday at Peppermint Creative. This album is very similar to what I used for my friend’s guestbook except mine didn’t have any rounded corners. I’m thinking whether I should order or take my chances at my local scrapbook store, most likely if they don’t have anymore stock it would take weeks or months before they replenish again though. Of course this is cheap compared to the tv stand we want to buy for our bedroom so I wouldn’t feel guilty if I buy two, or four. It’s actually a good deal if only I could get a cheaper shipping rate. I really recommend this album for hybrid projects.

I finished this birthday guestbook for a friend last Saturday and I’m so pleased with how it turned out. It was the first time I used a Barebook for a project and I love it. I was used to using Maya Road albums for my projects but I couldn’t find the one I need at the time so I settled for an 8×8 Barebook instead. To my surprise it looked so much better, now I want to hoard albums like this one for my future projects. I’m not sure if my local scrapbook store will stock up again (I bought the last piece) so I may have to buy online.

Some new layouts from me….

I used Kasia’s Embrace Simplicity kit for this layout.I am way behind scrapping with her awesome kits, I should get back to doing that. Of course she does have a new kit each week so keeping up with her is a challenge. Each kit is gorgeous too!

I used I See London, I See France by Robin Carlton & MandaBean for the layout above. I just love doing girly pages for my little girl. I’ve always been comfortable doing girly pages even before my daughter was born, I guess I’m a girly girl at heart. Now that I have a little girl I scrap cute and pretty pages more often.

Yes this is the album I’ll be using for my album (lol). I’m so lucky to be on Janet Phillips’ CT that I get to have amazing templates to work with. It is always easy to make layouts with templates, and I love templates. I’m currently doing a guestbook for a friend and I’ve already used two templates from the set above. And with the coming holidays, the parties and the preparations we’ll be doing I know I’m going to be busy. I’ll need these templates so I could have pages done in a jiffy. Oh and speaking of holidays, I know I’ll be gaining a few pounds and I’m prepared to read about diet pill reviews afterwards. I know I won’t be able to control myself when there’s great food involved.

This is my first Christmas kit purchase. I hope to start by December Daily Album soon. I plan to make maybe five templates ahead of time so I could just plop some photos when December rolls out, then create more pages along the way. I really hope I could finish this album, it is a fun idea and it will make me take photos everyday. The coming holidays makes me think of las vegas hotels and family vacations. We’re planning to go somewhere after Christmas but right now it is still only a plan.

So Designer Digitals had their quaterly sale last week and of course I stock up on Ali Edwards goodies. I would have gotten more but I didn’t want to spend too much so I restrained my self from adding more items in my cart. Some of the items I got are for my December Daily Album (again a project inspired by Ali Edwards), I’m starting to build up a stash for my “Christmas 2008″ folder. As soon I finish the guestbook I’m doing for a friend I’ll start working on my album. Now I have to go back browsing Auto Insurance Quotes online before I go out this afternoon. It’s going to be a long day at the mall.
